In 2018, when the market was regarded to be significantly oversupplied and prices were continually falling, our call to duty was prompted by market conditions. We were bullish about the future of the city, inspired by the government’s vision and attempts to transform Dubai into a global hub, while the majority of investors were gloomy about the market and its future. We realized that the aforementioned objectives function in parallel to achieve profitability for investors, suitability, and organic growth for ourselves.
We grew our organization from three to more than forty members with the same ethos, providing them with the tools necessary to gather as much information as possible about any relevant subject, educate them regularly on the various topics a client may be seeking information on, and much more. These actions helped our team members gain consciousness, which prevented them from falling for a hype. Our agents will not market or sell any properties that could put a client in risk. To further enhance our investor protection initiative, we decided two years ago to make it public and to form a research division that will generate extensive market reports that offer readers with a comprehensive understanding of market movements.
